Hello Avid Boondockers!
We have 40 beautiful acres located in Cibola County in beautiful New Mexico! We are nestled among mature Pinion Trees, with naturally occuring meadows. We are located 35 short miles outside of Grants, New Mexico to the southt of town. If you have gone boondocking in your RV before or want to experience Dry Camping/Boondocking. This will give you, your family and friends the perfect opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors in a natural and unspoiled setting.
Vacation or just get away from it all for a few days, week or the summer. This is a privately owned ranch, family and animal friendly. Haul in and bring your equine friends with you. Plenty of acreage for you to explore. Build your own fire pit from native rocks or bring your very own portable fire pit. The property sits a top of a mesa, with commanding views of the valley below. Be sure to check your tires, advise 4WD vehicle for getting around the property.
Easy in and out for most all vehicles. ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Horses and friendly non-aggressive pet's welcome. All pets must be approved by the owner. Come on down Ya'll! You can be as private or social as you like. Always respect the privacy of all of our guest. Owner or Caretaker will be available should you require assistance. Family friendly, NO Drugs, NO Drunk & Disorderly Conduct, NO Aggressive or Threatening Behavior, or you will be politely asked to leave the property and you will forfeit any funds paid. Let's enjoy nature and have fun with family and friends.
